What information this website collects, why, and the choices you have.

This policy covers doobiedistrict.com, the website of Doobie District, a licensed medical cannabis retailer at 1526 U Street NW, Basement, Washington, DC 20009. If you have a question about your information, email [email protected] or call (202) 627-2280.
We keep data collection to what the site needs to work and to understand how people use it.
Our live menu and pickup ordering are provided by Dutchie, a third-party cannabis ordering platform shown inside our site. When you browse or place an order, the details you enter (such as your name, phone number and order) go to Dutchie and are shared with us so we can prepare your pickup. Dutchie handles that information under its own privacy policy.
When you collect an order in store, we check your photo ID and your DC medical cannabis registration or accepted reciprocity card, as DC law requires. Records kept in store follow the rules set by the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration (ABCA).
We don't sell your personal information. We don't use it for advertising profiles, and we don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Some parts of the site come from other companies, each with its own privacy terms: Google Analytics and the embedded Google Map (Google), the live menu and ordering (Dutchie), and security and delivery (Cloudflare). Links to other sites, such as Instagram or ABCA, take you outside this policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the age confirmation cookie, the site will ask you to confirm your age again. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on.
Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our account and then deleted automatically. Emails and order records are kept only as long as we need them to serve you and meet legal requirements.
This website is for adults 21 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date on this page. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected] or call (202) 627-2280.
